Construction of Food Quality and Safety Management System:Based on Food-chain

In recent years,the issues of food quality and safety have become one of the hotspots focused on by consumers.Based on food-chain,the author has constructed the food quality and safety management system to raise China's food quality and safety level.In constructing the food quality and safety management system,the author has constructed system 1 and system 2 respectively according to the food-chain's different development stages.At the same time,the author has compared the relations and differences between the two systems.To raise food quality and safety management level,the government department and the nodes of food-chain should make joint efforts at present.
