Analysis of Water Resources Argumentation for Hydropower Station

Water resources argumentation for construction projects is a work serving for the system of admission exploitation water resources.Water resources argumentation for hydropower station,which is a clean energy and non-water projects,has its own characteristics.According to the particularity of hydropower station and Guidelines for Assessment of Water-draw and Utilization in Construction Projects,this paper takes Hongfa Hydropower Station for examples and analyzes the features of water resources argumentation for hydropower station.As a result,some conclusions and advice are made as well.
