The Clinical Application of Detecting Serum Total Acids in the Disease of Liver and Biliary Tract

Objective To explore the clinical application of detecting serum total bile(TBA).Methods Serum TBA was detected with the fifth enzymatic cycling assay,compared with the traditional liver function ALT、 AST、ALP、GGT、CHE,and studied its application in disease of liver and biliary tract.Result TBA level had significant difference between the disease groups of liver and biliary tract and the normal groups(P0.01).Conclusion TBA was a better liver function target and an important target of rflecting liver essence damage.
