摘要
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Trachyspermum ammi.METHODS The n-BuOH-soluble portions of 95% ethanol extracted from the seed of Trachyspermum ammi were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20.The chemical structures of the compounds were elucidated by their physico-chemical characteristics and spectral data.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin(Ⅰ),kaempferol(Ⅱ),kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside(Ⅲ),scopoletin(Ⅳ) and coumaric acid(Ⅴ).CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
