Research Progresses on the External Maturation Culture of Mammalian Oocyte

Oocyte maturation culture technology in vitro is one of the main contents in modern biotechnology.some things have been reviewed in this paper,including controlling mechanisms of oocyte maturation in vitro,structural changes during oocyte maturation in vitro,main factors influencing oocyte maturation in vitro,existing issues and so on.
