摘要
As a critical component in modern mechanical transmission systems, the performance of jaw-type electromagnetic clutches directly impacts system stability and efficiency. This paper provides a systematic review of the design, optimization, and research progress of jaw-type electromagnetic clutches. To address the challenge of improving engagement efficiency, the study explores optimization strategies from the perspectives of tooth profile design, electromagnetic force enhancement, and control methodologies. Furthermore, the paper identifies current research gaps and outlines future development trends, including dynamic tooth profiles, adaptive control systems, and application of novel materials, offering insights for advanced research and technological innovation in this field.
