PHASE RATIOS IN Y$sub 2$O$sub 3$-ZrO$sub 3$. I. FORMATION OF YTTRIUM ZIRCONATE AND PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES

The constitution diagram of Y/sub 2/O/sub 3/-- ZrO/sub 2/ was studied and Y/sub 2/Zr/sub 2/O/sub 7/ compounds were found. Conditions for yttrium zirconates preparation are analyzed and physico-chemical and technical properties are determined. (R.V.J.)
