A Case of Nasoalveolar Cyst

A case of Nasoalveolar cyst in the left side of a 64-years-old man was reported. Nasoalve-olar cyst is considered rare. Moreover, in our case, the swelling of this cyst extended widely from the upper lip to palate. Histopathologocally, cyst wall consisted of ciliary cuboidal and stratified epithelium with exception of the de-epithelial area near by the remarkably inflamed lesion.
