RESEARCH PROGRESS OF EFFECTS OF CEREAL Β-GLUCAN AND RESISTANT STARCH ON GLUCOSE METABOLISM

The effects of cereal β-glucan and resistant starch on regulating blood glucose and influences of the viscosity,the relative molecular mass and the dosage of cereal β-glucan and resistant starch on the glucose regulation were reviewed.The regulation mechanism of cereal β-glucan and resistant starch on glucose metabolism was also analyzed.
