[Diagnostic image; a man with severe radiation dermatitis].

A 51-year-old man with concurrent radiotherapy and cetuximab for tongue cancer developed a moist desquamation, spontaneous bleeding and necrosis of the skin after 42 Gy. The skin healed after cetuximab was discontinued.
