Temperature Measurement of the Thermal Infrared Imager Based on Two Response Working Wavebands and Its Error Analysis

The thermography principle of thermal infrared imager with two response working wavebands is analysed based on the theory of infrared radiation and of the infrared thermography in order to improve the accuracy of the thermal infrared imager.The object emissivity,temperature calculation formulas and corresponding estimation errors are given.And the influencing factors of thermal infrared imager measurement are analysed and also one measurement method of object emissivity is supplied,and it's important to test the surface temperature of diesel engine through the thermal infrared imager.
