Discussion on the Construction of Subject Competition System in College

Academic competition is an inevitable carrier of training application-oriented students in college,which plays an important role in cultivating college students' comprehensive qualities and innovation abilities.The paper analyzes the problems existing in the management system of academic competition.According to the actual situation in Huzhou Teachers College,it is suggested that the academic competition management system be set up based on such aspects as concept changes,organization management,fund investment,incentive mechanism,and establishment of brands.Only in this way,can the work of academic competition in college be further developed and play its role as expected.
