Polylactic acid nonwovens are dyed with low-temperature,medium-temperature and high-temperature disperse dyes by high temperature and high pressure method.This thesis discusses the effects of dyeing type,dyeing temperature,time,pH value and dispersing agents on dyeing performance of PLA nonwoven fabric,and optimizes technological parameters.The results show that polylactic acid nonwovens can be dyed by disperse dyes.The dyeing with the low-temperature,medium-temperature disperse dyes,i.e.,disperse blue SE-2R and disperse blue 2BLN,should be implemented at 110 ℃,and the dyeing pH value is 5 and the time of heat preservation is about 20 minutes.Different auxiliaries have impacts on the dye-uptake when disperse dyes are used to dye polylactic acid nonwovens.Moreover,the disperse dye NNO can improve the dye-uptake in the process of dyeing.
