The structure and working principle of YS220 type hydraulic excavator are introduced based on UG created model of hydraulic excavator.Using the forces of soil diggers of hydraulic excavator mining on work gesture throughout the whole theory excavating is calculaed and analyzed.Based on the dynamic simulation software ADAMS the hydraulic excavator models are established.Using the virtual prototype of magnesium simulation method,the dynamic simulation of the hydraulic excavator working gesture is conducted and the most dangerous conditions of the excavator is odetermined which provides the reliable basis to the structure desigh of the excavator.
