The investigation on transforming tragedy of lagging behind students

This paper investigated the reasons and phychologyical characteristic of the lagging behind students in detail,and grasp themselves determination of role.On the bases of the research,then correspond effective educative countermeasures were brought up in order to find the key to transform the lagging behind students.
