Comparative study of the anti-dumping system

Dumping and anti-dumping has existed in China for a long time, but this issue has been drawn great attention since the mid 1990s. The anti-dumping practice is far from enough in China. This article compares the American anti-dumping system with the EU anti-dumping system, and summarizes the lesson from several China's anti-dumping cases. This article intends to contribute to the development of the anti-dumping system in China.
