Analysis of Volatile Components in Chinese Eaglewood Wood by Solid Phase Microextraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

The volatile components of Chinese eaglewood wood are extracted by solid phase microextraction,40 components are identified by GC / MS method.The identified compounds make up 77.70 % of the total volatile substances,the main constituents are:1H-3a,7-Methanoazulene,2,3,4,7,8,8a-hexahydro-3,6,8,8-tetramethyl-(26.45%),2-Naphthalenemethanol,1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-octahydro-alpha,alpha,4a,8-tetramethyl-(5.51%)and2-Naphthalenemethanol,1,2,3,4,4a,8a-hexahydro-alpha.,alpha.,4a,8-tetramethyl-(6.27%).
