A water fluorosensor with a dual detection range for agricultural soil water and trace moisture absorption in organic solvents

The water induced increase of fluorescence intensity and its kinetic rate for a Zn( ii )-complex are used to measure water concentrations ranging from ∼0.002% to ∼10% (v/v).
