摘要
. Through detection of the MUC-1437 gene (limit of detection: 8.3 fM) in a dynamic range from 10 fM to 1 nM, the NIA sensor shows high sensitivity and selectivity in preclinical models of mice fed a normal or high-fat diet (HFD), and treated with antibiotics (ATB). The NIA sensor, which operates without the use of any enzymes, leading to simplicity and cost-effectiveness, has great potential for biosensing research and clinical diagnostic applications.
