License plate recognition based on improved BP neural network

The license plate recognition has taken more and more attention. In this paper, the status of the license plate recognition has been studying in-depth, using an improved BP neural network to identify the license plate. Experimental results show that this approach can identify license plates more effectively and establish a very good technical base for the future license plate recognition.
