Endovascular Thrombectomy versus Standard Medical Management in Treatment of Acute Medium Vessel Occlusion Strokes: A Multicenter Registry

Compared with standard medical management, endovascular thrombectomy was associated with better outcomes in patients with acute medium vessel occlusion stroke, particularly those with more severe symptoms, without increasing symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage or 90-day mortality.
