Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Maackia amurensis

s The EtOH extract from heatwood of Maackia amurensis has protective effects on the liver. From the extract, six compounds were isolated and identified physicochemically and spectrographically as genisten(Ⅰ)、formononetin(Ⅱ)、alfalone(Ⅲ)、retusin(Ⅳ)、daidzein(Ⅴ) and afrormosin(Ⅵ), among them,Ⅲ and Ⅵ of Maackia amurensis were isolated for the first time. Pharmacological experiments showed that I demonstrated a remarkable inhibitory effect on kinase Fyn but less remarkably effect on cdk2/cyclinA.
