On the Sources of Interlanguage and a New Model for Interlanguage

Besides the influence of other rules,interlanguage has two sources: 1.the native language;2.the target language.Through an analysis of Selinker's definition on interlanguage and Selinker and Adjemian's view on the relationship between interlanguage and its sources,this paper has modified Selinker and Adjemian's model and proposes a new transfer model.
