Experimental Study on the Irritation and Acute Toxicity of Dieda Zhentong Liquid to Skin

Objective:To study the irritation and acute toxicity of Dieda Zhentong liquid to skin. Methods:Apply hair cut healthy rabbit with Dieda Zhentong liquid repeatly, then judge the results according to Instructive principle for preclinic study of new Chinese drug. Results:No toxicity reaction and irritation reaction occurred in complete skin and in injured skin after applied Dieda Zhentong liquid. Conclusion:The results indicated the drug is effective and safe.
