Discussion on construction contract management under the mode of bill of quantity

The paper analyzes construction contract management of bill of quantity at construction contract negotiation phase and contract implementation phase,and points out some suggestions,such as continuously learning advanced contract management experience,integrating bill with contract,and grasping critical contract implementation points,so as to ensure smooth construction project.
