Objective Analysis of 36 cases of hand skin retrograde avulsion injury,emergency microsurgery repair operation curative effect.M ethods The Institute with microsurgical operation,repair of 36 cases of palmar retrograde skin avulsion injury.Results The 36 cases of avulsion injury of patients for clinical treatment of repair,including 30 patients after treatment of skin survived completely,6cases of patients with skin necrosis of small area,free skin grafting after successful healing.Conclusion Clinical practice,microsurgical operation with good restoration effect.
