Identification of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizomza Seu Radix Notopterygii in Fengshi Guanjieyan tablets by thin layer chromatography

Objective To establish methods of quality identification on Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizomza Seu Radix Notopterygii in Fengshi Guanjieyan tablets,and provide the evidences for the quality standards. Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used for quality identification. Results The chromatogram of Fengshi Guanjieyan tablets showed the same tinctorial fluorescent spot corresponding to the location of the chromatogram of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizomza Seu Radix Notopterygii medical material. Conclusion The methods can be taken as the quality standards for the existence of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizomza Seu Radix Notopterygii in Fengshi Guanjieyan tablets.
