The Affects of Synthesis Conditions of NaY Zeolite from Metakaolin by Hydrothermal Method

NaY zeolite was synthesized from kaolin by hydrothermal method at different conditions.The synthesis factors affecting the structure and property of NaY zeolite were studied.The results showed that all factors had effect on the crystallinity,SiO2/Al2O3,size and morphology of NaY zeolite.Finally the better synthesis conditions of preparing high active NaY zeolite were put forward: 650 ℃ metakaolin,4% agent,3% alkali solution,gel temperature 60 ℃,aging temperature 2 h and crystal temperature 90 ℃.
