Discussion on the Copyright of Teaching Plan

There are three problems about the copyright of teaching plan: whether teaching plan is works or not, who is obligee of teaching plan copyright, and who owns the real right of teaching plan books. The authors affirm that teaching plan belongs to works, for the writing process produces deductive works; the works' copyright belongs to teachers, but their school possesses the priority in use as a result of a kind of general works created in the course of employment; the right of teaching plan books belongs to the teacher.
