Study of sterlization effect of hemoquant test of two kinds of laparoscope cleaning methods

[Objective] To ensure the cleaning quality of laparoscopy and to prevent from hospital infection. [Methods] According to laparoscopy′s using order, the laparoscopes were divided into two groups. The odd number ones were cleaned with method A. The even number ones were dealt with methed B. Each group had 60 laparoscopes. In order to compare the two cleaning methods′ effects, selected three apparatus of each laparoscope for hemoquant test. Then the cleaned laparoscopys were sterilized by Waywin-2000 endoscopy. [Results] The results of hemoquant test were very different. ?字2 =21.42, P 0.005. The effects of two sterilization methods were A-82.78%, B-97.78%, which showed statistical difference, ?字2=23.07, P 0.005. [Condusion] To ensure the qualitu of laparoscopy sterilization, the used laparoscopy must be strictly cleaned. Then the hospital infection can be reduced.
