A Cooperative Locating Algorithm Based on Least Square and Taylor Series Algorithm

A new cooperative locating algorithm based on least square and Taylor series is presented.The outcome of the least square algorithm is used as the initial value of Taylor series in the cooperative locating algorithm,thus to over come the difficulty in choosing initial value when Taylor series algorithm is adopted during the cellular network radio positioning.The simulation results indicate that this algorithm has achieved better performance on positioning accuracy and efficiency than the least square and Taylor series algorithm.
