Reasons and Solutions of Non-Sinusoidal Vibration Table Vibration

The causes for the phenomenon of a non-sinusoidal electric vibration and unsmooth situation in testing were analyzed.It shows that natural frequency of the vibrating mechanism of the vibration table is low in the installation of low precision and some parts were worn and damaged,which are the main reasons to cause the phenomenon.It is concluded by ANSYS that thickening spring can improve the natural frequency of vibration table and also it is not easy to vibrate any more.
