THE BODY WEIGHT OF THE YOUNGSTERS RECKENED BY MEANS OF STEPWISE'REGRESSION ANALYSIS

The body weight of youngsters were reckened by means of stepwise regression analysis. The multiple linear regression equations were worked out. And the multiple correlation coefficient of the equation is:r = 0.93(female)--0.95(male), P0.001. The multiple linear regression equations are as follows: (1) Y= 0.626×ages+ 0.518× body legn th - 46.21 ± 2.83(male) (2) Y= 1.23× ages+ 0.422× body legnth -40.17 ±3.07(female) The body development of the youngsters were also discussed in the present paper.
