Effect of Cr~(3+) on Performance of Cr Plating Solution & Cr Plating Layer Quality

The paper reported the experiment for the effect of Cr 3+ concentration on performance of Cr plating solution and Cr plating layer quality through electrolyte to change the Cr 3+ concentration in the plating solution by using hard Cr plating solution.The results showed that,in case of Cr 3+ concentration were too low,the deepening plating ability of the plating solution were bad,and the plating layer with not good shininess and poor cleanliness.Along the Cr 3+ concentration increasing,the dispersive ability of the plating solution and electric current efficiency were down and the scope of the electric current density in euphotic zone were decreased.The extreme value will be appeared accompanying with the Cr 3+ concentration rising for the deepening plating ability,the hardness and the abrasiveness of the plating layer.
