Pertumbuhan Bibit F0 Jamur Tiram Dan Jamur Merang Pada Ubi Singkong Sebagai Media Alternatif

The commontly medium used for fungus growth is PDA. Cassava is one food that has a high carbohydrate content that can be used as a substitute for potatoes in the manufacture of seeds F0 mushrooms. Cassava can also be used as a medium for the growth of oyster mushroom and mushroom. The purpose of this research is to know the growth rate, color of mycelium seeds F0 oyster mushroom and mushroom on cassava media. Method of this research uses experimental method that is experiment directly by making cassava media in weight (150 g, 200 g, 250 g) for growth of mycelium seeds F0 oyster mushroom and mushroom. The results showed that the speed of growth of mycelium seeds of F0 for the fastest oyster mushroom was on medium with weight 200 g (J2M1) which was 3.7 cm and the latter was on medium with concentration 150 g (J1M3) that was 2.6 cm. While the growth speed of mycelium seeds of F0 mushroom is the fastest in the medium with weight 250 g (J2M3) which is 4.5 cm and the late is medium with weight 250 g (M1J2) that is 0.8 cm. Mycelium seeds F0 Oysters are compact and white oyster, while white fungus is not compact. Keywords : Media cassava Oyster mushroom, Mushroom.
