摘要
Subjective well-being is a positive state of satisfaction or contentment, rather than just an absence of psychological symptoms. However, subjective well-being can be defined in a number of ways (e.g. satisfaction with life, happiness, etc.), using either one-dimensional or multi-dimensional scales. Several of the most commonly used measures of subjective well-being are discussed. Unique features and strengths are highlighted.
