The method of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) for the determination of Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ti,Co,Pb,Ni and Cr in pure aluminum was studied. The instrumental parameters and the effects of matrix and interface have been studied. The influence of mass spectrometry interference has been corrected by selecting different isotopes. The adding internal standard elements has corrected the effects of matrix and interface efficiently. The detection limit was 0.011~0.12μg/L,the recovery ratio was 90.0%~106.0%,and the RSD was less than 3.57%. The method was accurate, quick and convenient, and acceptable for determination of impurity elements with satisfactory result.
