Objective:To explore the value of the electrocardiogram in predicting the occlusion site of the left anterior descending coronary artery in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Method:Analyze the correlation between the occlusion site in the left anterior descending coronary artery and the electrocardiogram were studied in 47 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Result:The value of Ⅰ ,aVL,aVR lead ST segment elevation and Ⅲ lead ST segment depression in predicting the occlusion site of the left anterior descending coronary artery is different. aVL lead ST segment elevation is the most sensitively, aVR lead ST segment elevation is the most specially, but the differences did not have statistical significance. After logistic regression analyzing, only aVL lead ST segment elevation had correlation with the occlusion site in the left anterior descending coronary artery, the odd ratio is 5.778. Conclusion:Ⅰ ,aVl,aVR lead ST segment elevation and Ⅲ lead ST segment elevation all have value in predicting the occlusion site of the left anterior descending coronary artery, but the aVL lead ST segment elevation is best of all.
