Problem of agricultural water conservation and irrigation in Liangqing district and countermeasure

Based on investigation of the current status of agricultural water conservation and irrigation in Liangqing district of Nanning city,the existing problem is analyzed.In order to further upgrade the capability of Liangqing district to withstand natural calamities,combined with the practice of recent years,countermeasures for improving agricultural infrastructure and increasing effective irrigation area are put forward,including the construction of two large irrigation zones and many small-scale water conservation projects,the promotion of agricultural water conservation system reform,with emphasis put on auxiliary facilities of project,water-saving measures and reform of management system.
