摘要
The popularity of fitness applications has grown due to their ability to fulfill exercise needs, primarily through virtual workouts. This research aims to investigate the factors that influence user intentions to use fitness apps for virtual workouts. This study adopts The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and flow theory as references for the development model in this study. An online survey targeted respondents who have used fitness applications for virtual workouts at least once. The analysis was performed on 634 valid respondent data using the CB-SEM (Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling) method with the AMOS 24.0 application. The findings reveal that information quality, content, and social networking positively impact the flow experience. Additionally, health consciousness positively influences attitude. Moreover, flow experience, attitude, and social influence are found to positively influence behavioral intention, which, in turn, positively affects usage intention. This research complements previous studies by expanding the understanding of TPB and flow theory in the context of the intention to use fitness applications for virtual workouts.
