摘要
Heart failure (HF) is a prevalent cardiovascular condition associated with substantial mortality and financial burden. Approximately 6.5 million adults in the United States (US) (1 in 4 people) will develop HF in their lifetime, with projections trending to upwards of 8.5 million people by 20301. HF mortality rates have increased since 2012 for both men and women, with a greater annual increase in 35- to 64-year-old adults, compared to older, 65- to 84-year-olds. 1 Bozkurt B Ahmad T Alexander KM et al.
