Grouting is a very effective means to repair modified fractured rock. However, problems such as severe grout leakage, slow increase in stone body strength, uncontrolled solidification time and poor permeability are often encountered in the process of traditional grouting reinforcement of fractured surrounding rock. Sulfoaluminate cement-based double-liquid material has the characteristics of quick setting, early strength, micro-expansion and high strength, which shows good applicability in grouting reinforcement of fractured surrounding rock. Currently, there are few reports on this material. Therefore, this study mainly introduces the performance of sulfoaluminate cement-based grouting material, grouting technical process and engineering application case. The sulfoaluminate cement-based double-liquid material grouting technology proposed in this study will provide a new treatment method for the reinforcement of fractured rock masses in underground engineering.
