PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂疗效预测的生物标志物

With the development of tumor precise immunotherapy, it is a hot topic to find biomarkers to predict the response ability of programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1)/programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1). So far, many predictors, such as the PD-L1 expression in tumor tissue, tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte, tumor mutational burden, serum markers and radiographic markers, have shown predictive value in the process of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy.
