摘要
A nickel-catalyzed asymmetric reductive allenylation reaction of aldehydes with propargyl carbonates has been developed in the presence of manganese. This protocol features broad substrate scope and good functional group tolerance, delivering a diverse array of chiral α-allenols in good yields with high regio- and enantioselectivity.
