摘要
Abstract Synthesis of leustroducsin (LSN) B was achieved through esterification of the side chain acid with the cyclohexanol possessing the C(1)–C(15) enyne, Zn reduction of the resulting enyne unit to the Z,Z-diene, introductions of a nitrogen group as N(CO2CH2CH=CH2)2 and a phosphate group as P=O(OCH2CH=CH2)2, and removal of the allylic and silyl groups with HCO2H/t-BuNH2/Pd cat. The PLM B intermediate was also synthesized in a higher yield over fewer steps than that in the previous synthesis.
