摘要
A preterm infant with a ventricular septal defect and facial dysmorphisms.
### Prenatal and Birth Histories
### Presentation
After birth, the infant was admitted to the NICU because of prematurity. He required supplemental oxygen through a nasal cannula for a brief period (<1 week) and was successfully weaned to room air. Echocardiography revealed a large perimembranous ventricular septal defect (VSD) with 2 small ventricular muscular defects. The team identified facial dysmorphisms and ordered a microarray analysis.
