摘要
We fabricated a 10 mm thick porous graphene oxide-silicone rubber foam composite medium (GO@SiRF) by combining graphene oxide (GO) with silicone rubber foam (SiRF) and investigated the influence of GO content on its terahertz shielding effectiveness. Experimental results demonstrated that the 0.1 wt% GO@SiRF composite achieved a terahertz wave absorptivity exceeding 99% and a total electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of 62.71 dB within the 0.4-1.4 THz frequency band. Numerical simulations confirmed the composite's superior absorption-dominated electromagnetic shielding mechanism. Additionally, the shielding performance of GO@SiRF after 20 seconds of combustion was analyzed, revealing minimal degradation. The composite exhibits excellent terahertz shielding capabilities, along with lightweight, flame-retardant, and versatile properties, indicating broad application potential in future 6G wireless communication systems.
