摘要
Silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were decorated on the electrospun polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/polyethyleneimine (PEI) nanofibers by electrostatic adsorption in order to prepare Ag@PVA/PEI SERS substrate. The morphology and chemical structure analysis show that the metal Ag NPs are decorated on the PVA/PEI nanofibers surface uniformly. The lowest distinguishable level of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) is 10−6 M of Ag@PVA/PEI nanofibers SERS substrate. It exhibits remarkable enhancement effect (EF = 1.4 × 105), good reproducibility (RSD = 9.5%). By the investigations of Raman spectra analysis, the Ag@PVA/PEI nanofibers substrate presented high sensitivity in the detection of enrofloxacin. Therefore, it facilitates a simple, direct, in-situ method for enrofloxacin residue detection on an irregular prawn surface.Graphical abstract
