摘要
Phase equilibria in a miscibility gap of the SiO2-TiO2 system were studied. A visual polythermal analysis and annealing of samples were performed in a Galakhov microfurnace. The microstructure and composition of the obtained samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and electron probe microanalysis. A critical analysis of the experimental data was made. Thermodynamically optimized based on the sub-regular solution model, a phase diagram of the SiO2-TiO2 system was constructed.
