Establishment of Animal Model of Experimental Hepatic Encephalopathy in Rats

Objective To study the model of experimental hepatic encephalopathy (HE)in rats.Methods The rats with HE model were made by CCl_4 induction, ligation and remove of 2/3 liver tissue. Results The liver indications of ALT, TBil, BA in model group were higher than normal group (P0.01). Conclusion The rat model of HE was with success, and it could meet the study requirements of curative effect observation.
